Description

Prolene Monofilament Suture is a nonabsorbable, blue-colored monofilament designed for general soft tissue approximation and ligation. The suture provides excellent handling characteristics with minimal tissue reactivity. Its non-adherent nature allows smooth passage through tissue, reducing trauma during suturing. 

The suture is equipped with a double-armed RB-1 taper point needle, measuring 17 mm in length with a 1/2 circle curvature. The taper point design facilitates precise and atraumatic tissue penetration, minimizing tissue drag and trauma. The double-armed needle configuration allows for efficient suturing in delicate procedures requiring precise tension distribution.
