Oxaliplatin 50 mg/10 mL Single-Dose Vial is a chemotherapy agent used primarily for the treatment of colorectal cancer. It is indicated for use in combination with other chemotherapy drugs, such as fluorouracil and leucovorin, for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Oxaliplatin is also employed in the adjuvant treatment of colon cancer after surgery to reduce the risk of cancer recurrence.

Oxaliplatin is a platinum-based compound that works by interfering with DNA replication in cancer cells.
