Description

Enoxaparin PFS 30mg/0.3mL is a low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) indicated for the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic disorders. It is commonly used to prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients undergoing surgery or experiencing limited mobility. The medication is also utilized in the management of acute coronary syndromes, including unstable angina and myocardial infarction, to reduce the risk of clot formation.

The active ingredient, enoxaparin sodium, exerts its anticoagulant effects by inhibiting Factor Xa and thrombin in the coagulation cascade. This selective inhibition prevents the formation of fibrin clots.
